The Challenge

The founder’s vision was facing challenges in being consolidated and presented by his team of recruitment specialists — no wonder as they were not marketing professionals. Their logos were a mishmash of fonts and colours developed over the years by various non-marketing staff. We were engaged to help the company develop a distinctive, and inspiring brand identity to spur the company on to new heights.

Our Solution

An intensive branding exercise with the client and his project team was initiated and executed over 6 months. This included brand training to align the team with branding methodology and its use, so that they would better understand the company’s need for branding, and how they can all be brand ambassadors to bring the company to new heights. With an understanding of the client’s all-female team of recruitment consultants and the company’s clear mission to be all-encompassing when dealing with their stakeholders, we conceptualised a logo that bridged this vision with their core capabilities.

The Result

A bright, modern logo that resonated with the client on the first presentation, which sped up the entire branding implementation project, and overall branding that the founder could finally foresee a bright future with.
