ZTP is one of the largest manufacturers of Chinese medicine with more than 40 retail outlets island–wide in Singapore and they were just starting their foray into China when we met.

The Challenge

Lack of knowledge and expertise in marketing, website design and e–commerce management, was the general challenge for ZTP. The client was good in retail and factory operations but clueless when it came to management of their website and digital marketing.

Our Solution

We resolved the issues with their old website, revamped some of the product placements and the user journey, and created a more modern website that better portrayed the brand in changing times.

The Result

A more modern, attractive design to better portray the brand online, and help garner more customerconfidence in this brand they knew from offline interactions. This attractive more online sales as well.
