Beyond Beauty is a beauty and spa chain of over 15 outlets in Singapore and Malaysia.
The Challenge
The client wanted to do an event launch for their new outlet at Jurong East. We were appointed to develop the event branding and ideas to make the launch engaging for their visitors. The idea was to also promote the spa’s products and services at the launch and garner new customer sign-ups.
Our Solution
Decadence Design ensured that we created a holistic end-to-end customer experience for the event, one that would bring customers seamlessly through the entire purchase decision journey — from the attractive backdrop to the posters on-site, at each beauty station, leading to the in-store tour experience.
The Result
A successful launch with accolades from attendees and partners, and good sales.
